The Brief
To provide a design and build school expansion solution encompassing an early learning centre and Library facility. It was vital that this linked to the existing school.
The Solution
The Qube designed a stand-alone building with enough space for a new early learning centre and library. The building was positioned approximately 5 metres away from the existing school and therefore needed a link corridor from the existing building to the new Qube.
The Outcome
The clients exacting requirements were met. The Qube provided a turn-key solution and managed all phases of the build programme. The design/build system used ensured there was minimal time on-site and therefore little disruption to the school.
