YPO Framework Announcement, Watling Academy Marketing Day & Northamptonshire County Cricket Club Sponsorship Renewal!
YPO Framework Announcement

The Qube has been appointed to the YPO Modular Buildings and Modern Methods of Construction Framework — one of the most significant compliant procurement routes for public sector clients in the UK 👏
This is part of our deliberate, strategic growth beyond education. The YPO framework opens direct routes into healthcare, catering, hospitality, accessible buildings and bespoke structures, sectors where the pressure on capital budgets and carbon targets is real, and where faster, smarter construction matters most.
For public bodies navigating procurement compliance, this framework means direct award or further competition, without the delays of a full tender process.
If you’re a local authority, trust, or estates team with a project pipeline, let’s talk 🗣️

Watling Academy Marketing Day!
We had a fantastic marketing day at Watling Academy this month, bringing fresh energy and creativity to how we want to showcase our recent project.
A particular highlight was working alongside a professional drone expert, Nick Rees, capturing stunning aerial footage of the school and its surroundings. The unique perspective really brings our project to life and offers an exciting new way to showcase our buildings.
The footage is currently being refined, so keep an eye out as there’s some impressive content coming your way soon. We’re looking forward to sharing it and giving everyone a new view of Watling Academy.
