Practical Completion Achieved at Redmoor Academy
We’re thrilled to share a major milestone for Team Qube, achieving Practical Completion at Redmoor Academy on behalf of The Futures Trust and Surveyors to Education. Don’t miss the time-lapse video capturing the full journey, from the demolition of the outdated block, right through to the final stages of construction. It’s a brilliant showcase of how MMC and SIP panel construction can transform a site with speed, precision, and sustainability.
The new four-classroom science block forms part of a wider development that also includes a brand-new Sports Hall, helping create an inspiring learning environment for this growing school for years to come.

Welcome to #TeamQube Jim Withers
We were excited to welcome Jim Withers to Team Qube early November as our new Head of Commercial. Jim has hit the ground running, supporting improvements to our commercial strategy and helping to shape major tenders as we build momentum toward our 2026–27 pipeline. Jim joins us with a strong background in main contracting and residential development, and we’re looking forward to the expertise he brings. Please feel free to reach out and say hello!
Progress Update Double Classroom Block – Hall Orchard
The team is progressing well onsite at our double classrom project in Loughborough. Watertight milestone has been achieved and we are well underway with first fix internally. Externally, the felt roof install is complete and we are progressing nicely with the external rendered finish. The finish is in sight and this scheme will be completed by the end of January – watch this space!
