The Qube’s Partnership With Auditel: Working Towards A Net Zero Future

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Auditel, who’ll be offering us their expertise in carbon solutions as we work towards a net zero future.

Auditel is a cost, procurement and carbon solutions company with a strong network of over 100 specialists helping businesses to manage their carbon use and become net zero.

Established in 1994, Auditel has a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping businesses report on carbon footprint use, analyse and reduce spend and reach their end goal of becoming net zero and contributing to a greener planet.

In the current economic climate, it is many businesses’ goal to improve their carbon footprint and we’re no different! Partnering with Auditel will help us meet our goal of achieving net zero emissions across all of our activities by 2040. This includes the full activity of our supply chain and a commitment to ensuring our whole business runs as efficiently as possible, with as little carbon emitted.

Our Managing Director, Jordan Spittle, says “The Qube may be a small, dedicated team, but their commitment to environmental consciousness runs deep.”

We have already achieved some quick wins in recent months by investing in car charging stations at our new headquarters, and adding two electric vehicles to our company fleet. However, we are keen to make bigger changes and prioritise carbon reduction. Our involvement in numerous public sector projects has further encouraged us to create an action plan that we can work on alongside others to ensure we are all contributing to a better, more energy efficient future.

The key milestones that Auditel have helped us establish to achieve our goal of net zero emissions by 2040, include;

    • A 50% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 2030, from a baseline of 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.
    • A 40% reduction in Scope 3 emissions by 2030, from a baseline of 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.

We are incredibly excited to partner with Auditel and make a real difference in construction, an industry that is notoriously bad for carbon emissions. Whilst our modular buildings are already extremely energy efficient and high performing, we can’t wait to take it to the next level and work towards becoming a completely net zero business.
